Noank Fire Department (downstairs)
Would you like to learn how GOSA operates its all-volunteer organization and how you could get more involved with operations and strategic planning? Join us at 6:30 PM, following an abbreviated Board of Directors (BOD) meeting at 5:30, on Thursday, April 13th at the Noank Fire Department on 10 Ward Ave. in Noank, CT for a meet and greet with GOSA Committee Chairs and members. This informal social hour will give you a feel for the work of each committee and the role they play in supporting GOSA’s mission.
GOSA Committees are the working groups of volunteers that make all things happen from record keeping to grant writing to fund raising to property evaluation, acquisition, guided hikes, and stewardship. All committees can use your support to help proactively and effectively meet GOSA’s current and future needs. For more information on current committees, visit the Committees page on our website.
Please note that all BOD meetings are open to GOSA members and the public. We meet at 5:30 PM on the second Thursday of each month at the Noank Fire Department (downstairs). Please feel free to drop in and visit us anytime!
